This concept began with a desire to create a “green wall” that actually looked like living art. I spent years working through prototypes that were unlike the current options on the market which can be difficult to install and maintain. This specific installation was created for a Brooklyn high-rise bathroom where the indirect light and extra humidity from the shower provide ideal growing conditions for tropical plants.

Designed to work in a variety of spaces—both indoors and out—this living art can be customized and created with different plant types. The proprietary system behind my design allows for the planting base to be invisible—making the plants appear to be growing right out of the wall.
